What it costs, and what you keep
Build total. Standard S$9,000.
Retainer: S$500/month, locked 12 months. Standard S$750/month (clients signing from 1 Dec 2026).
Ad spend and AI tools: paid by the practice direct (tools about US$80–200/month).
Payment plan: Step 1 upfront; Step 2 in two equal parts at kickoff and go-live. Founding S$750 / S$1,875 / S$1,875.
Guarantees (delivery, timing, ownership only)
- 1. Go-live in 30 days of access and sign-off, or the retainer doesn’t start until it is, and we keep working at no extra cost.
- 2. Like it or stop: after Step 1, keep the Business Brain and owe nothing more.
- 3. You own it: everything built is the client’s; cancel the retainer with 30 days’ notice.
